This beautiful Villa offer a spacious living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen gives the feeling of open space and offers a wonderful view of the pool and terrace. The villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with shower and other with bath. The pool is private and is equipped with outdoor shower, deckchairs, umbrellas and BBQ area.

Villa Irinea is situated in a village of Faturi - Kringa, close to a small town of Tinjan best known for his stone dry walls and Istrian smoked ham. The tradition of the production of superb smoked ham is nowadays in Tinjan area preserved by numerous registered smoked ham manufactures and in 2006 Tinjan proclaimed itself the Municipality of Istrian smoked ham. The nearest beach is in Poreč 22 km away from the property. Market, coffee bar and restaurant are located within 8 km from Faturi Villas.
