Villa Irinea with pool is located in the small village of Faturi in central Istria and can accommodate up to 4 people.
This beautiful Villa offers a spacious living room with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, giving the feeling of open space, and offers a wonderful view of the pool and terrace. The villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath. The pool is private and is equipped with outdoor shower, deckchairs, umbrellas, and a BBQ area.
Free private parking is available to guests, and your pets are welcome with a surcharge of 10 euros per dog per day.

Damage deposit is € 400 and is paid in cash upon arrival.

Villa Irinea is situated in the village of Faturi-Kringa, close to the small town of Tinjan, best known for its stone dry walls and Istrian smoked ham. The tradition of producing superb smoked ham is nowadays preserved in the Tinjan area by numerous registered smoked ham manufacturers, and in 2006, Tinjan proclaimed itself the Municipality of Istrian smoked ham. The nearest beach is in Poreč, 22 km away from the property. Market, coffee bar, and restaurant are located within 8 km of Villa Irinea.

The beach is 22 km away, while the nearest restaurant, market, or cafe bar is within 8 km of the house. The ferry port is 40 km away, and the nearest airport is Pula, 47 km away.
The newly opened Adrenaline park Kringa offers a short track at 1,5 - 2 meters height, a long track at 5 - 6 meters height, 4 zip lines, and is only 3 km away.
