Area description

Marčana is a small, traditional village in southeastern Istria, located about 15 km from Pula. It’s perfect for those seeking peace, authenticity, and closeness to nature. Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, Marčana offers a glimpse into the Istrian way of life, far from the tourist crowds. In the village, it’s worth visiting the Parish Church of St. Peter and Paul, originally from the 15th century, and strolling through the old stone streets that preserve a sense of history.

Activities description

Guests can enjoy cycling and hiking through unspoiled nature, explore nearby coves, and visit prehistoric caves and traditional Istrian villages. The nearest beach is about 7 km away, while the city of Pula with its famous Roman Arena, restaurants, and shopping is just a 15-minute drive. Brijuni National Park is 25 km away, and Pula Airport is only 10 km from the village.
