HOUSE RULES
1. Please treat Villa Ginetto, its furnishings, and outdoor areas with the same care you would give your own home.
2. Maximum 8 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight at the property. Visitors are permitted only with prior approval. The booking guest is responsible for all guests included in the reservation.
3. Villa is intended for peaceful and relaxing holidays. Parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette (stag/hen) parties, and other party-oriented stays are not permitted. Reckless or irresponsible behaviour and misuse of the property or its facilities are not permitted.
4. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 23:00 and 08:00.
5. Pets are not allowed.
6. Smoking is not permitted inside the house or in the olive grove. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas around the house, including the terraces and pool area.
7. Commercial photography, filming, and professional productions are not permitted without prior approval from the host
