The villas are set in a village, Radetici, close to a small town of Tinjan, best known for its stone dry walls, and Istrian smoked ham. The tradition of the production of superb smoked ham is nowadays in the Tinjan area preserved by numerous registered smoked ham manufactures and in 2006, Tinjan proclaimed itself the Municipality of Istrian smoked ham. The villas are set just over 22 km from the nearest beach in Porec or just 26 minutes by car. The nearest restaurant, supermarket, or bank is located only 5 km away.
