All apartments are situated on the ground or upper floor with an outside terrace or balcony with a table and chairs for complete relaxation.

Area description
Umag in Istria is the westernmost city of Croatia and the first city you will reach when approaching Istria from western Europe. The sea in Umag is crystal clear and suitable for swimming from May to October.
Valica is a village that is situated only 7 km from the centre of Umag and only 2,4 km from the nearest beach - Kanegra, one of the most beautiful beaches in the vicinity of Umag.
Umag town walls, with a gated drawbridge, dating from the 10th century, as well as the Church of St Roche from the 16th century, and the Umag Town Museum are located just in the centre of the city, 7 km from the property. There is a tourist train that goes around the coastline throughout the city, perfect for exploring the area.

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Take care and keep an inventory of the apartment, especially the floor and furniture
4. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated for.
