All apartments are situated on the ground or the upper floor with outside terrace or balcony with table and chairs for complete relaxation.
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with dining area and satellite TV, double bedrooms with queen and king size beds, bathroom with a shower, and a hair dryer.
There is also a garden surrounding the apartments with barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area.
Private parking is available free of charge just outside the apartments.
WiFi is available free of charge throughout the apartments, baby cot is available free of charge in all apartments and pets are not allowed.

Valica is a village that is situated only 7 km from the centre of Umag and only 2,4 km from the nearest beach - Kanegra, one of the most beautiful beaches in the vicinity of Umag.
Umag town walls, with gated draw bridge, dating from 10th century as well as the Church of St Roche from 16th century and the Umag Town Museum are located just in the centre of the city, 7 km from the property. There is a tourist train that goes around the coastline throughout the city perfect to explore the area.

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
4. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
