When you come to Istria from the northwest, the first place you'll encounter is Savudrija, a small fishing village rich in history, situated on the edge of the peninsula of the same name. The indented, mostly rocky coastline is interspersed with small pebble beaches and is surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation, including laurel, palms, various evergreen shrubs, pines, and cypresses.

In recent years, the Savudrija lighthouse, the oldest in the Adriatic, has become a real tourist attraction and a popular place to stay, and is only 1 km away from the property.
Aquapark Istralandia is only 24 km away from the Villa.
Baredine cave, a geomorphological monument of nature and the first speleological locality and tourist cave in Istria, is 44 km away, perfect for a half-day excursion.
