Guests have at their disposal a living room, kitchen, and dining room connected in an open space, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, and a terrace.
There is also a private heated swimming pool with deckchairs, a BBQ area, and a fenced yard that offers guests privacy.

Area description
Montrin is a peaceful hamlet in northwestern Istria, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and rolling green hills. Nestled between the charming village of Kaštel and the historic hilltop town of Buje, and just a few minutes from the Slovenian border, it offers the perfect balance of countryside tranquility and easy access to the region's most popular attractions.
Montrin is a great base for exploring northwestern Istria. Buje is just a 5-minute drive away, Kaštel is 2 minutes away, and the Slovenian border can be reached in 5 minutes.
Umag and its beaches are about 20 minutes away, Novigrad 30 minutes, Poreč 45 minutes, Grožnjan 20 minutes, and Motovun around 40 minutes by car.
The area is known for its wineries, olive oil producers, traditional Istrian cuisine, and beautiful cycling and hiking routes through the countryside.
Activities description
Enjoy cycling and hiking through vineyards and olive groves, visit local wineries and olive oil producers, or discover the medieval towns of Grožnjan, Motovun, and Buje. Spend a day at the nearby beaches of Umag and Novigrad, taste authentic Istrian cuisine in traditional konobas, or take an easy day trip to Slovenia or Italy.

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the house
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the house (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Take care and keep an inventory of the house, especially the floor and furniture
4. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated for.
