Direct Booker d.o.o. collects the personal data you have been granted and thereby provides a legal basis for processing your personal information. To be informed about news and current offers we will send you notifications via e-mail, SMS messages, newsletters, or letters. If you give us consent by ticking the blank field, we will use your personal information to analyze our members' satisfaction, conduct a survey to improve the business and the satisfaction of our members, and offer all of our products and services, news, tools, applications, events, and promotions.

The personal information we are processing is your name, last name, and e-mail address, because of the need to contact you, and we send you informative messages. There is also a case where we will ask you for more information such as your phone and address, due to the need for business cooperation. Because of the need to book accommodation or activities, we can still ask for financial information, such as credit card numbers, which we keep in compliance with the PCI DSS security rules.

Your personal information may be processed for different purposes, if this is necessary to comply with legal obligations (eg for the submission of data to courts or prosecuting authorities) if you have consented to appropriate processing, or if the processing is otherwise legally binding under the binding regulations. Access information includes, inter alia, processing purposes, the personal data category, the recipients, or categories of recipients to which the personal data were or will be disclosed. However, this is not the unconditional right and the interests of other individuals may limit your right of access.

Manag 5 undertakes to protect the personal data of customers, in such a way that it collects only necessary, basic data about customers/users that are necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations; informs customers about the way the collected data is used, regularly gives customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees of MANAG 5 and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit cards, and other payment methods. WSPay provides customers and merchants with secure entry and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay has. WSPay uses an SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection when entering and transferring data.

If you pay for your reservation by card, you agree that WSPay stores your card information so that we can more easily charge all your future transactions. Your card information is securely stored with WSPay, which is guaranteed by their PCI DSS certificate, and MANAG 5 has no access to this information.

If you believe that your rights are violated, you also have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal information.

Changes to the Privacy policy
We reserve the right to amend or supplement the Privacy policy at any time. When the Privacy policy is substantially changed, we will expressly notify you, for example by email.
