Private parking is available free of charge. Pets are welcome at an additional cost of €7 per dog per day.

The historic city of Pula (approx. 10 km), famous for its Roman Amphitheatre, and Premantura (approx. 10 km), the gateway to Cape Kamenjak, are perfect for day trips. Cape Kamenjak (approx. 12 km) offers stunning beaches, crystal-clear sea, cycling trails, and various water activities.
Guests can also enjoy quad and buggy tours, horseback riding, and adventure activities nearby. Brijuni National Park is approximately 20 km away, with boat connections from nearby Fažana.

2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the villa (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Take care and keep an inventory of the villa, especially the floor and furniture
4. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated for.
