Stancija Paradiž is a small and peaceful settlement near Svetvinčenat, in the village of Butkovići, located in the heart of Istria. Known for its tranquility and authentic Istrian atmosphere, it is ideal for guests seeking relaxation and privacy away from the crowds.
Just a short drive away is the charming town of Svetvinčenat, famous for its Renaissance square and the Morosini-Grimani Castle, as well as various cultural events throughout the year.
The location offers a perfect balance of countryside serenity and easy access to Istria’s main attractions. The beaches of Rovinj and Fažana, as well as the historic city of Pula with its Roman amphitheater, can all be reached within 20–30 minutes by car.
Surrounded by nature, vineyards, and olive groves, Stancija Paradiž is an excellent base for exploring Istria’s rich culture, gastronomy, and outdoor activities.

The area around Stancija Paradiž is ideal for outdoor activities such as cycling, hiking, and scenic walks through vineyards and olive groves. Nearby Svetvinčenat offers cultural events and visits to the historic Morosini-Grimani Castle, while local taverns provide authentic Istrian cuisine, wine, and olive oil tasting experiences.
For day trips, the coastal towns of Rovinj (approx. 25 km), Fažana (approx. 12 km), and Pula (approx. 15 km) offer beaches, boat excursions, water sports, and historical attractions. The nearest beach is in Fažana, about 13 km away from the accommodation.
Guests can also enjoy horseback riding, quad biking, and various outdoor adventure activities in the surrounding area, making this location a great base for both relaxation and exploration.

2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the villa (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Take care and keep an inventory of the villa, especially the floor and furniture
4. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated for.
