The villa is located in the village of Radetići, close to the small town of Tinjan, best known for its traditional stone dry-stone walls and Istrian smoked ham. The tradition of producing superb smoked ham is nowadays preserved in the Tinjan area by numerous registered smoked ham producers, and in 2006, Tinjan proclaimed itself the Municipality of Istrian Smoked Ham.
The villa is situated just over 22 km from the nearest beach in Poreč, which is approximately a 26-minute drive away. The nearest restaurant, supermarket, and bank are located only 5 km from the villa.
