Description
It consists of 3 apartments: Olea, Kiwi, and Lavanda. The owners live on the top floor of the house.
All apartments are situated on the ground floor with an outside terrace with a table and chairs for relaxation, as well as access to the garden.
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with dining area and satellite TV, double bedrooms with queen and king-size beds, a bathroom with a shower, a bidet, and a hair dryer.
There is also a garden surrounding the apartments with barbecue facilities as well as a trampoline for the kids. Laundry room outside the apartments with a washer and dryer is available for the guests free of charge.
Public parking is available free of charge and just outside the apartments.
WiFi is available free of charge throughout the apartments.
The fee for a dog is €15 per dog per day and is paid in cash upon arrival.

Discover numerous cycling paths that lead you through some of the most stunning landscapes in Istria, and explore the region’s wine and olive oil routes where you can taste some of its finest local products.

House rules
PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE HOUSE RULES
1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep an inventory of the apartment, especially the floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated for.
