The apartment is situated in a residential area, within walking distance of the city center and only 2 km from the nearest beach. Umag in Istria is the first city you will reach when approaching Istria from western Europe.
The sea in Umag is crystal clear and suitable for swimming from May to October.
Umag town walls, with a gated drawbridge, dating from the 10th century, as well as the Church of St Roche from the 16th century, and the Umag Town Museum are located just in the centre of the city, 2.8 km from the property. Also, there is a tourist train that goes around the coastline to the city and back, perfect for exploring the area.
