Villa Roti is a beautiful semi-detached villa spread over the ground and first floors. It has 4 bathrooms and a toilet, and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The outdoor area of the villa offers a saltwater swimming pool, a spacious terrace, a barbecue area, an al fresco dining space, comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a children's playground, everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Inside, the villa has 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area, a comfortable lounge, a spacious living room, 4 modern bathrooms, as well as a separate toilet and a sauna with its own shower, offering both comfort and convenience for a truly pleasant stay.
The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. Private parking is available. Dogs are welcome for a surcharge of €10 per day, with a maximum of one dog allowed. Damage deposit of 500 € (cash) is to be paid directly in the Villa upon check-in.

Roti is a small settlement near Kostrčani, located in the Municipality of Kršan. This rural and peaceful area, surrounded by the picturesque Istrian countryside, is ideal for guests seeking privacy, relaxation, and a break from crowded tourist destinations. For guests who enjoy exploring, there are many interesting sights near the accommodation. Visit the Old Town of Plomin, one of the oldest settlements in Istria, or discover the Old Town of Kršan, one of the best-preserved Istrian castles. Also nearby is the Baroque Belaj Castle with a wine cellar, set amidst vineyards, and the Učka Nature Park with the Poklon Visitor Center, perfect for nature lovers and those seeking an active holiday.
For beach lovers, the area is ideal. “Copacabana” beach lies just below historic Plomin (15 minutes by car), while Rabac’s popular beaches are about 23 km away.
